The platform is built so that each organization's data is separated, encrypted and access-controlled — by design, not by policy.
Encrypted billing credentials
Your Availity login is encrypted before it is stored and is only ever used by your own organization's billing. It is never shared, never visible in plain text, and never touches another organization.
Role-based access
Practitioners, supervisors, administrators and clients each see only what their role allows. Client access follows the care team and can be revoked at any time.
Signed records stay intact
Once a document is signed it is locked. Corrections happen through linked notes or supervisor review, so the original signature and content are always preserved.
Google sign-in
Everyone signs in with their own Google account — no shared passwords. Signing in always asks which account to use, so shared computers stay safe.
AI under your control
AI assistance drafts and refines text, but nothing is ever saved automatically. Staff review every word and press Save themselves.
